How to change accounts on Steam client

How can i change the account on steam client?
I missed to link my account and i can´t find anything how to re-link it or creating a new one. How can i get into the window, which appeared on the first start of Steam client? |

I'm having the exact same issue. I mistakenly tried to create a new character but now I can't choose to link to my previous PoE account from Steam's PoE. Any advice?

I'm not sure I understand your problem.
Is your problem with Steam or with Path of Exile? If you have a STEAM problem, you'll probably need to contact them. If you're having a Path of Exile problem can you describe in more detail (and more clearly) what the exact problem is? |

They should allow for multiple PoE Accounts to be linked to a single steam account (or atleast let us be able to swap our 'linked' PoE account).

" It's not that simple. It's a one to one relationship. It's like your Twitch account. You can only link to one Twitch account at a time. I'm not sure I understand why you would want to link multiple accounts to your steam (or have them linked separately). I understand that people have more than one account (for a variety of reasons).. but in most cases I've seen, that turns out to be one "main" account, and then a bunch of "secondary" accounts. If you want to link more than one account to steam, then you'll need to get more steam accounts to link your Path of Exile accounts to. I'm not sure, but you also might be able to change which Steam account your Path of Exile account is linked to in your account settings (click your name at the top, Manage Account -> Steam). But that won't allow you to link a secondary PoE account to your main steam account unless you somehow can "unlink" your primary account (which I don't think you can). |

The problem has nothing to do with linking multiple path of exile accounts to a single steam account.
Let me try and explain it more clearly. When I saw PoE on Steam I installed and it launched it. It offered me a screen that said 1) Create a New Character or 2) Link Original PoE Account with Steam. I hit 2) but realized I forgot my password so I just went back and hit 1) and made a new character. Then I realized I could reset my password on PoE's website so I did. Now that I know what my password is, I can no longer launch Steam-PoE to the screen that says "2) Link Original PoE Account with Steam." Instead, the moment I click "LOGIN" it takes me to the new character I made. I tried a complete uninstall and fresh install of Steam-PoE but it always brings me back to that Level 1 Character I made. The question then is, how do I launch Steam-PoE and link to an old PoE account after having already decided to create a new character through Steam? There has to be some way to get back to that screen that lets me link to my old account. Hope this clearly explains it. Still Need help. |

Login to your old account and in manage account there's an option to link it to steam.
I have my own question though. I decided to reinstall on Steam and I made a new Steam account. Is it possible to login to the non-linked account (this one) on the Steam client? I just want to transfer some currency and delete my characters to re-use their names. |
