Rightous Fire: Small tweak to balance low-life (ab)users and life-based users.

Righteous Fire Quality changed from:
Each percentage of quality adds 0.75% increased Spell Damage.

To:
Enemies burn for an additional ~2% of your max life per second dealt as fire damage.

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

This wouldn't be a significant blow as to completely hamper low-life RF (15% spell damage loss)
and would be enough as to make up for the dps loss of life-based RF users since 0.11 patch.

Off topic: Can someone please enlighten me as to why Vaal pact removes life regeneration (non-pot)?

In its current state, all it does is act as a CI buffer. I can understand the potion part, but wouldn't removing the regeneration part open up more options?

Thanks beforehand!~

Not sure what you're trying to do here.

Max life for someone at full health and someone with health reserved will be the same.
stop over moderating that makes the official forums useless

Yeah, but low-life users don't use RF for the aoe damage since they're sporking totems or shooting from afar. So they'd get 15% spell damage less (from quality) while receiving negligible dps from the up close aoe based on their tiny health pools.

On the other hand, life-based builds using RF for the aoe dps would be buffed back to what they were dealing before 0.11 patch affected life values (or close to it)
