does "with daggers" works with spells?

Specifically "critical strike chance/damage multip. with daggers", does it works if I'm wearing a dagger and using spells or only with attacks/skills by a daggers?

It should NOT work with spells, just with the weapon itselfe (normal attacks and weapon based skills).

No, only with attacks using the daggers. But the implicit %critical strikes on daggers work on spell.
