I found gauntlets with "conduit" and "extra gore", but dont know what this gives to me, please explain.

"Conduit" gives you the same effect as the passive keystone Conduit: it shares the charges that you got (frenzy, endurance and power) with the rest of your team.
"Extra Gore" increases the amount of gore in the game (I haven't tried it, it should add more blood and stuff like that. It's a cosmetic effect).
Keep in mind that "extra gore" it's not completed, any effect added is probably a placeholder until the real version is finalized.
