msvcr100.dll is missing..

I can't stream i get this error every 3 minutes.. i googled it and found that my computer needs some sort of microsoft download pack which my computer already has :(

This error is generally caused if you don't have the Microsoft Visual C++ Redist installed. If you let me know what version of Windows 7 you are using (32 or 64 bit) I'll be able to find a link for you.
