ALL GONE , MY MAIN ACC HACKED

Hi everyone
someone hacker my main account "unlode1" changed the password ,and deleted all my characters created 4 new characters and wrote a message , it was like " FUCK YOU SUPPORT ; DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME ; YOU WILL NEVER FIND ME ; BECAUSE" Is this possible to do anything about this situation ,I have invested month of my time in this account , it would be a pity if this all time would go to waste. My strongest char at HC was "NARAIONE" lvl 83 marauder and 71 "WalkingOnA_Dream" 71 templar at onslaught league also there was like 5-6 65+lvl chars at SC There was a lot of expensive items on some of this characters , 6Ls , decent uniques like Lioneye's glare... I am sure that he did not delete this items with that char, but took them. I also purchased additional stashes for 20$ I am not sure if he took anything from the stash , I only viewed this account once from the browser because I was already log in this morning , now I dont have any access to this account , he also changed the email address from my account ,that why I cant log in. Ah man that sucks... There is so much hacked accounts that I have feeling there is some hole in GGG soft. Maybe they should implement password to get access to stash but it should be optional so you can choose if you wanna use that feature or not but even that can be just useless if there is some systematic failure.

It does suck but there is no "hole" , unfortunately the only current way to gain access to your account is if the have access to you email account or possibly if they have remote access to your PC and essentially use it as a proxy so as not to trigger the ip lock.
@OP if you don't have access to the account atm GGG can restore it if you provide them with the info via email: support@grindinggear.com Unfortunately any currency or gear that is missing and even the characters can't be restored. I dont get it , I just dont understand , why is that hard to restore my main chars , naked , with no equip on them , with just their lvl and nickname.
I play at HC only , it is hard to get 83 imo , why I cant just get my char back , with no equip on it like I said before? In all games it is possible , but not in Path of exile... |

" When characters are deleted in Path of Exile, they're deleted from the database tables. They no longer exist. Yes it is a flaw in their system, and they're working to fix that by making what is known as a "soft delete" where they simply mark the character as deleted rather than physically deleting the record from the database. The only way they would be able to get your character back is to restore the database.. this would roll-back everyone to that restore point as well. They obviously are not going to do that. |
