Viper strike and magic block shield with +5% max resists is best thing to kill mage boses. (Utilizing weapon swap for full potential!) 32000 chaos damage over 16 seconds ain't bad deal! Say hello to Piety in Temple map :)
Cyclone Provides me nice source of dps.
Frenzy allows me to do all the things SIMULTANEOUSLY, NO WAY!
Enduring makes me fat.
Molten Shell with blind and culling strike is insane combination of defense and offense (IRON WILL isn't option because of reflect)

Merciless: Enduring Charge/Skill Point.

I helped Kraityn at merciless and this is kinda meh choice.
