Can any beta testers post their rigs and how well the game runs?

Since there are no system requirements posted yet I was wondering how well the game runs on various hardware.

As am I. Granted I would have no trouble running it on a proper desktop, I still want to know if I'll be able to play it on my crappy laptop whenever I go on a trip to another city.

Yeah it does look good but most videos I see are playing it quite smooth. it all comes down to how well optimized it is. That's more or less what I want to know. Ya know like age of conan looks twice as good as EQ2 and plays twice as smoothly. hate poor optimization.

I'd be more than happy to post my PC spec and performance on certain quality settings in this thread when/if i get into the beta ^_^

I know many of the beta testers are running it just fine on machines that are many years old. My computer is a year old it runs max settings without breaking a sweat.

2 years old notebook:
4 GB RAM Intel core 2 Duo 2,53GHz 2,53GHz ATI Radeon HD 4650 Even with every detail at max, it works well. I didnt try to play in party yet. playing alone I didn't find any problems (only high temperature in the graphic card, but also because nowadays it's like 34-37ºC in Madrid,Spain). My PC is complete shyte and the game is running ok, even on Windows 7.
C2Duo E4500, 2gigs DDR2800, GeForce 9600GT, 1680x1050 native res, although i play on 1678x720 windowed. The only significant fps drops i get is from bugged spell effects. |
