game won't open

i downloaded the client on my mac and when i press Launch the came shows that it is open but nothing comes up on the screen. its not a blank screen, there is just nothing that opens. please help

I'm not sure if this applies to mac users, but when this issue happens on a windows computer it usually means that you need to check your firewall to make sure it's not blocking Path of Exile. Alternatively you could try running a pack check and seeing if this shows any errors. my download folder docent have pack check in it

my folder also dont have pack check and im having error on patching..
its says connection failure.. error timeout was reached while downloading.. but im still connected when this error happens.. help pls... |
