Missing Gem

Hi just want to make a report about losing some gems in weapons slots. The gem was still there when I entered the game. As soon as I enter a waypoint into another place.. 2 gems inside my weapon just disappeared. I"ve try look around in stash but no luck.

not heard of gems disappearing out side of being hacked, the only thing that i could even hazard a guess at is that they are on an alternate weapon which you have swapped inadvertently by pressing X.
