Twitch drops don't work for one year

Hello, I just noticed that my Twitch drops aren't being registered. Even worse, when I looked at my drop history on your site, the last one dates back to December 6, 2024, but I've had many more since then.
Since I'm waiting for major updates, I hadn't played it since, so I hadn't realized it before. I've unlinked and relinked my account, but it hasn't helped; they're still not being registered. What can I do please? If needed, I can take screenshots of all my confirmed drops on Twitch. Last bumped on Dec 14, 2025, 9:38:55 AM
