Crash only during ultimatum

This league I have been crashing a lot during Ultimatum, maybe 20% of the time. I have tried changing a lot of graphical options, but none have worked so far.

It is especially frustrating because when you crash during an Ultimatum you lose everything.

Is this a known thing, or is it on my end?
