Failed to connect to instance / LagSpikes

Playing campaing every like 2 or 3 zones, the game freezes in the loading screen (metrics show 0 ms) and send me to the login screen with the error "Disconnected Failed to connect to instance".
Tried contacting by mail and the answer was "Unfortunately we are not currently offering email Technical Support, due to limited staff resources" and the same answer as always (try general forum / troubleshooting technical issues / Known Issues thread / Report Bug). But as you can see, they are not responding to any threads in the forum, sooo here goes nothing.
