Can't load the merchant tab upgrade page
 Merchant tab upgrade page showing a loading circle, infinitely. Left it on 5-10 minutes, in the background for a few hours, no bueno. Still spinning loading infinitely. Tested on two browsers, Mozilla Firefox and Chrome. All plugins/VPN's/addons disabled, logged into my account, etc. Anyone else had/have this problem, and possible solutions? I was having this problem. It turned out ntpd had stopped working and my system time was off with roughly 2 mins. After I fixed that the page instantly loaded after refresh
