merchants tab upgrade not loading

as title says, tried on 3 different browser , it loads with the first text


Premium Stash Tabs purchased before the release of 0.3.0 can be upgraded to Merchant's Tabs for free. Please note that this upgrade is permanent, cannot be undone, and is unable to be used on upgrades to the initial four Stash Tabs on an account.

Merchant's Tabs can be used to sell your items to other players without being present for the sale. These are not regular Stash Tabs, and are not accessible at your Stash. Find and unlock the merchant NPCs (Faustus in Path of Exile 1, and Ange in Path of Exile 2), then begin managing your shop and selling your items.

Keep in mind that stash tabs are shared across your account so any upgrades will affect both your stash in Path of Exile 1 and Path of Exile 2. Items that were previously stored in an upgraded tab will remain in a remove-only version of the original Premium Stash Tab.



But after this is a infinite loading circle

Unsure about this exactly, but I found it very confusing having it not available from Faustus in ACT 6. I ended up upgrading a second tab which is not currently needed and would of preferred to be kept as storage for now.

After interrupting my league start for an hour trying to figure it out on the accounts page, I eventually found some information saying it was only available to use in hideout, though I'd seen other information prior to the league talking about act6 and not motioning hideout.

Suggest that he has a something like a greyed out option with hideout availability referenced, rather than nothing at all. Given it needs the purchase, I, and likely others may assume they don't have the functionality when it is not seen on the list in act6. The upgrading process on the accounts page is also confusing, as OP is mentioning.

Other than this It has been a very clean league start, bug and gameplay wise, from what I've seen. Purchasing the tab in POE2 was much more straight forward. Understand this may partly be to allow people to upgrade the old tabs, but I think it could be much clearer.

Im having the same issue. Been trying the last 12 hours or so. Cant get it to ever load what its supposed to load.

just found out , go onto poe2 website instead it worked for me

Having different functionalities on the different games shop is not great in my opinion. Its good if people have found this solution to their problem, but it seems unnecessarily confusing at the moment.

For example, the POE2 store was saying I had no points, when I could see I had points on the POE1 shop. I think the shops should be full integrated. Understand there may be some difficulties currently, like there is not complete overlaps with what is available in both games, and probably they are being separate so players are clear what game they are purchasing to, but hopefully heading to having both full integrated.
