No Ritual Spawn in map despite showing Ritual in Extra Content for Map

Ran a map that had every extra content modifier including over run with Abyssal, then used a Waystone with 0 revives and a desecrated mod that made all Abyssal Pits Have Rewards.

All other content spawned, Breach, Expedition, Rares, Delirium, Abyss Pits, and the Boss, but not the Rituals. Checked the entire map and could not find them.
