Called Shots not showing up - ps5

Hi Team,

When spec'd into called shots, the skill randomly disappeared. It no longer shows up in the skill bar. Nothing to toggle on the aura bar.

Hundreds of thousands of gold gone testing different tree combinations trying to get it back. No luck.
