Console Development Manifesto Request

We need a console version of the Development Manifesto. Here are a few things I wonder about.

1. Do you develop the console version for the least powerful system on console, which would be the Xbox Series S, or all four versions of the two supported console makers? Is the console build tested on dev kits or off-the-shelf versions?

2. Do you have scenarios where you test game performance? Like running a map with multiple league mechanics? This scenario always tanks console performance. Do you have rigid coding parameters that you know if crossed will cause the console to struggle? From our end, too many obvious recurring things keep cropping up in each league.

3. Why is it that the PC players who use controllers have better Ui features than console players? Common sense tells me it should be the same and would eliminate some confusion and work on your end.

4. 15 days into the league, a major sound problem seems to have been completely swept under the rug. What type of major bottlenecks would cause such a delay? From a person who is uninformed, it seems like this should be something a dev could easily fix. Do you have to do major recoding to fix what would be simple fixes on PC?

5. AI should be able to help big time with console development because console development parameters don't change. Are you building better tools to help ease

Why is the sound quality still this bad????
We already gave them our money lol they don't care. They would have done something by now it's been out 9 fucking months
100P agree, Just did a Boss fight where the Boss had No visible Health bar at the top of the screen so just had to fight till he died, no indicators on top of the portals to let me know i could move to other parts of the Boss area if needed.

All in All a terrible fight....

Also to touch on OP points well some of them....

Do not be mistaken this is and always will be a PC build straight port over UNTIL someone in the Console POE community gets big enuff to get noticed on Twitch and have enuff followers and Viewer to have a influence GGG will do literally nothing because you are not a PC player on Twitch or YT with over 2K viewers they will not care.

and Unfortunatly this is the hard truth... i was literally live with a link to my stream while the bugs were happening live i made a post with a link and not one Dev popped in and said oh i seen ur post could you show me please but they sit in Ziz's streams and Quins and others....

Console will always play 2nd fiddle we will get updates and patches when PC do, and another thing unfortunalty the Devs also see people playing on Twitch (top streamers) and think this is how/the Skill level ov every single average POE player.... and its not so when you wee these amazing crafts and build blasting across screens of monster killing everything with out issues...

GGG doesnt take into account - Viewers will instantly buy out there fav streamers gear (helping said streaming to make bank) by helping them buy crafting mats which at the top of of the crafting - things are well expensive and because there not dropping for alot of people (the perfect versions of the crafting mats mainly Exalts and Perfect regals) means average people playing means you have to buy basically...So streamers have a leg up. Also Alot of Streamers are in guilds, or group farm giving them a massive advantage to find things....to help craft then obviously better gear means easier higher tier maps = more loot and better drops = Average players stuggle.

On top of this they are clearly on a "steamer client" of some sort (which by British law is illegal to do without advertising it)

i ran a T16 map with 6 mods SO i got 0 portals thats right ZERO portals other than the one i went into, i cleared the map (kinda) killed the boss, ran 3 Rituals which i completed, then i came across the Abyss it was so dam laggy i was literally dragging 2 or 3 mobs away to kill them at a time 1 teleported on me and 1 tapped me, SO why or what is the point of a t16 Map with 6 mods? who wants to run that especially when you only get 1 try at it.......?? it makes ZERO SENCE to even attempt them...... then when you factor as well the Lag and poor performance on console it makes them almost impossible.

WHY are we still so hard stuck on 1 portal for higher content upgraded crafting mats do not drop in lower tier maps and the higher tier maps are unplayable and if you attempt them its one and done its not FUN and it just makes you want to turn the game off and play something else there is no enjoyment factor and it pushes players especially in the console community to the breaking point but its ever single league every patch all the time its the same on POE1. but POE2 is 10 times worse for issues and performance..

OH and to OP of the post GGG 10000000000000000% do not play test this game in any capacity on console if they did they wouldnt have had a POE 1 league where you could literally not sign in and make a character because they never added the virtual Keyboard to make a characters name... literally the seconds you start the game 1st thing it ask is character name on a new play through at the literally start of the game so how did the play tester get past that doozy??? lol that 100% proves they never play test there own game

Also they will never do patch notes for Console - people got onto them before and we got 1 line in the patch notes which said Adding Loot filters thats was it

I do find it concerning Jonathan has never addressed console development once all this time despite all the interviews. I don't think he cares tbh and it shows. We didn't even have a zoom function until 0.3. I think the console department is either starved of resources or Jonathan pulls them for the PC development leaving every other platform gimped.
GGG does not care about console. console has been on the back burner since poe 1.
