POE2 - Zolin and Zelina Bugged

I deafeted/killed both Zolin and Zelina, summoned Doryani, while Doryani was talking Zolin comes back with 0 health and starts attacking, I can't do any more damage to him because he has no health. I decide that since the game is telling me to go back and talk to the hooded one to head back to camp, I get to camp talk to the hooded one nothing happens, I go back through the portal, immortal zolin is still attacking me with zero health. I decide to restart the instance, go through the instance again and kill Zolin and Zelina again, don't get the prompt to summon Doryani, nothing happen even when I go back to camp to talk to the hooded one.

Zolin and Zelina dropped loot both times I fought them. The first time Zolin dropped the loot, and teleported away and them got up with zero health.

Fixed had to go to act4 kingsmarch and talk to the hooded one there.
