Account broken

Bro bought the game on his wifes account, she doesnt play but he does throgh shar play. Now he's locked out.

Is there any way around that since his is the account with progress?

He already un installed and vowed never to support GGG again, but if theres a way around that i can probably get my bro back in the game.
