Games continues to lag, freeze, and pause

I have been trying to play POE2, which i was able to do with no issues over the weekend until Monday afternoon and now this evening. I have constant stuttering, freezing, and glitching occurring on screen however the character selection screen, load screen, boot up, etc all work perfectly fine. I am able to go in and edit setting, create new Characters, and load into maps but as soon as i am in it starts to freeze uncontrollably.

I am running a NVIDIA 5080, 96gb RAM, Intel Ultra 9, running off SSD, and have no other major programs running in the background. I am able to play all other MMO's and games with no issue or lag.

Please help.

Does the issue persist when you perform a Clean Boot?

Yes, I have followed the steps for a clean boot and i still log in and have the same lagging constant pausing issues

Could I ask for a screenshot of the full suite of in-game metrics (not just latency) taken while experiencing the symptoms?
