Just spent $50 on a guild hideout that is broken!

Why the hell would you offer a guild hideout that literally doesn't work? I cannot build in it. It keeps giving me an error saying, "Hideout modifications are currently disabled. Please create a new Hideout instance." I have tried like 50 times. At this point give me my money back.
