Sounds stop to work afte 10-20min of gameplay

When I log in to the game and play for about 10 to 20 minutes, I have sound, and then suddenly the sound disappears, and I have to restart the whole game. But after restarting the game, the sound works again, but it dies."

And the strange thing is that when I go to the skill menu and they show how a skill works, the sound works when the video pops up, but no other sound works.

And I'm just wondering if anyone knows a solution for it or if anyone has experienced anything similar

Which client and which Operating System are you using?

Im useing Windows home 10 and I play from the Steam client.
