incinerate of venting dealing no damage

was doing blight, and something was occuring where incinerate was not dealing any damage.

i tried moving away from blight lanes, and move back closer, tried from different angles, but the ability bugged out to the point where it would not deal any damage.

I have noticed certain blight bosses that put down obstacles would obstruct incinerate, and I suspect it bugs the ability out to the point were the ability behaves as though there is always an obstruction in front of it.

I have also noticed that when I am immune to stun, i will be holding the ability on and it would periodically just reset the stacks here and there.

I am not sure what is occuring there.
