Bug report - Kingsmarch

Johan doesn't give me the option to enter kingsmarch. I already finished maps, and even found the kingsmarch "mechanic". I also have the quest, but for some reason, I have neither the waypoint, nor a message "visit kingsmarch" or something like that. Yes, I spoke to Johan in Karui Shores, and that's how I managed to get the "quest" in the first place.

EDIT: Kept logging in and out, and the "visit kingsmarch" appeared.

want to say that this also worked as a fix for me - logging out to character select screen and back a few times gave Johan the quest for me to pick up at the Karui Shores.
