Locked Account Follow-Up
Dear Support Team,
I hope this message finds you well. I played the first league of Path of Exile for about two months and then took a break from the game. Recently, I wanted to return and play the new league, Dawn of the Hunt, but I was surprised to find that my account had been locked. I immediately contacted support via email (support@grindinggear.com) and was asked to provide my account details and character names, which I did. However, it has now been four days since I sent the requested information, and I haven’t received any further updates. I kindly ask if you could let me know how much longer I should expect to wait for a response, or if there’s anything else I need to do to help resolve the issue.
