Locked Account Follow-Up

Dear Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well.

I played the first league of Path of Exile for about two months and then took a break from the game. Recently, I wanted to return and play the new league, Dawn of the Hunt, but I was surprised to find that my account had been locked.

I immediately contacted support via email (support@grindinggear.com) and was asked to provide my account details and character names, which I did. However, it has now been four days since I sent the requested information, and I haven’t received any further updates.

I kindly ask if you could let me know how much longer I should expect to wait for a response, or if there’s anything else I need to do to help resolve the issue.

Hey there, if you have already contacted us at support@grindinggear.com, we will respond to you as soon as we can. We are currently working through a large number of support requests, but please rest assured we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Welcome in the Waiting, my Account is locked since December, and support contacted me twice since i wrote them, so good luck!
