Corrupt character save file after a crash

I was leaving Sekhema trial via a portal, and my game crashed. Now I cannot load the character without my game crashing at all, my other character which is non-seasonal works fin, it's just my level 69 Huntress that will not work.. PELASE HELP, tried hard resetting my console and rebooting, I am currently reinstalling the game again

Same problem but different area. tried to teleport from mundame mines to caravana and game crashed and will not load character

yup mine as well. After the first crash cannot play that character anymore.

BUMP. This happened to me on a map, its seems that there is a conflict on that specific map that prevents the map from loading.

Here is the message error, I'm getting in a loop. (Waited for instance reset but nothing, i've been waiting for 3 hours now). Tried almost everything mentioned online but this seems to be a server side issue.

I've also come into this problem. I was going back into the Gateway in act 3 to try to get back to my stash to try some poison resist for the boss and during loading the game refused to load. I was able to walk around and moved away from the portal. Then tried again and failed so then I tried to use the waypoint to travel to a different act and the game crashed. Now my character, a level 45 stormweaver is unable to be loaded anymore. It just constantly crashes. I tried 8 attempts. I started a new character and everything is fine now.... I wouldn't mind starting over but I got this super awesome staff that has +116% spell damage on it with other amazing stats on her that will carry me for a lot of levels so I'm extremely salty right now. I hope that we can get a feature in the character select menu that's like (O-Click here to spawn your character in town) This would help Immensely if it fixed this bug because I think our characters are stuck in loading limbo :'(
