Dear GGG, I have been writing to you for 4 months now regarding the transfer of points. You requested the name of the accounts from which you need to transfer and the names of the characters on these accounts. I provided you with everything and there has been no response for 4 months. Today I sent you another letter. Please sort it out there.

I understand of course. But after my first letter on January 4th, you responded on January 6th, in which it was necessary to provide data and more than 4 months have already passed and no response.
