Twitch drops

I received both the Azmeri Noble Deer Pet and the Executioner's Guillotine Unique Finisher Effect as per my account but they have not showed up on my character to be used in the game. Is there a trick to getting these to show up? I even disconnected from Twitch rewards and reconnected with no joy. Any help would be great!

They should be available for your characters in POE 2 Early Access.
