IS IT A BUG ?

After the update Down of the Hunt, i face an unusual problem.
No mater what skill i use with my Witch Summoner (infernalist) always i die from Volatile Power on me.
I check every gear, skill and weapon i use dut i see nothing to active the Volatile Dead.
Is it a bug or something else ?
Any solution ?
The support said they dont know nothing about this.

Volatile Dead - Causes no self damage unless you're using a support that reflects ignite back on you.
Volatility - This comes from Volatile Power and some other supports that are new to 0.2 patch. I don't know the names of all the supports that inflict or consume Volatility, but it's a new buff that gives you 1% phys as extra chaos per volatility, and detonates after 4 seconds causing 100 physical damage per Volatility on you. So if you're inflicting too many Volatility buffs on you and not consuming them, it will likely 1-tap you without mitigation.

Try Catharsis if you want to consume Volatility, but it only applies when you have more than 20 stacks.
