account says it locked

I'm tryingcto add my email to my account and it's saying it locked I have been playing poe2 and been able to buy coin in game but idk why it's saying my account is locked then trying to look at shop on the site

Hi guys, the same thing happened to my friend while he was playing the new league of poe2. We still don't know anything about his account beeing locked. He tried to contact the support and got a response within 2 hours. He replied with the information needed for the verification and got no response since (it's been 4 days). After waiting for 3 days, i decided to contact the support myself, just to know if he got banned or something. I provided proof and immages of the email sent from my friend to ggg support. I got a respone after 5 hours that said that they could not talk about other account info (which is understandable). If any of you got any clue of what is the cause pls tell me.
