not getting twitch drop

last devstream it worked fine,
but my "Azmeri Noble Deer Pet" progress is stuck at 3% i already cleared browser cache and redid the Twitch link Last bumped on Apr 5, 2025, 2:03:11 PM

apparently i got the drop, but the inventory on twitch showed it as unclaimed!!
