Problems with logging from the client programm

Hi,
since a few weeks ago, when i try to access to my account, the game send me an email telling me that im logging from other city than the i used to,in this case it says i use to logg from Terrasa (Barcelona, Spain), but that is not true, because i log always from Sevilla (Spain). Everytime this happens i receive an email with a security code, but what i want is not having this problem again. Last bumped on Apr 5, 2025, 8:03:07 PM

GGG can disable that security feature for your account if you email support@grindinggear.com - but I would not recommend removing one of the few things protecting your account given how vulnerable Path of Exile accounts are already (e.g. no Google Authenticator support).
