Premium and Special Tabs purchased

Hello, on my POE1 account, I have premium and specific tabs I purchased, I am playing POE2 and I was told they would carry over. Sorry if this is a question asked often. May I have the tabs on my POE2 account restored?

Please double check to make sure you're playing using the correct sub-account if you'd like to have access to purchases you've made on a particular account. You can choose which sub-account you're playing using while on the character select screen. I hope this helps!

Hello and thanks for the reply! I checked both accounts and only one has previous purchases (cosmetic) showing up. I redownloaded and installed POE1 to verify. I had quite a few extra stash tabs. I do understand that some will not port over, but I thought the premium and currency ones at least would.
Any help anyone can provide would be greatly appreciated. <3 |
