Game freeze and crash to desktrop after or during ultimatums

I've been having this issue for 3 days now. 90% of time right after ultimatum ends, 10% of time during ultimatum, i get freeze and crash straight to desktop.

Tried some fixes, changed renderer to vulkan, made graphical quality low, lowered bloom effect, enabled dynamic resolution, windows and gpu drivers up to date. Still i'm having same problem, game became unplayable.

try downclocking CPU or look if you have a possible BIOS update available to fix CPU stability with high demanding tasks
