Settlers Mystery Box Redemption

Just had a question with the settlers Box..

I have one in consumables Tab but cant open it on PS5.. Says Incorrect Version? I goto the shop here and says its unavailable?

So how do i redeem the chest?

When i also try to buy or click shop and/or deals on website whilst logged in with PSN Account it goes to page saying This Transaction is Unavailable..

So how do i reedeem?
