Lag every 10 minutes

After a recent Win11 update, I've noticed PoE gets incredibly laggy every 10 minutes. It lasts for about 5-8 seconds each time, but it's literally every 10 minutes this happens. Is there anything in game triggered every 10 minutes that may be causing this that can be disabled? Changing settings in game seems to have absolutely no effect on this, as well as the graphics renderer.
