Okay so I am gonna go run through every npc and see if maybe something pops up that got glitched throughout my progress, but unless my math is wrong lol.. I am missing one skill point from a quest somewhere.
and yes I killed the bandits in all 3 difficulties.
when I check my passive tree online, it shows I have 19 pts left to invest, which would bring me to level 101, unless im calculating it wrong.. anyone know?

type "/passives" in chat and it will show you all the points you got from quests and go from there.

thx, I already found it tho, I was missing one quest in act 2 merciless.
nothing like a "free" skill point at level 82
