Flooded Depths: monsters respawning bug

Hi,

I noticed that every rare I killed in Act 1 CRUEL, Fetid Pools, respawned.
They respawn with full health/energy shield.

I also noticed that in the Flooded Depths, I can sometimes not hit the sand-spitting (Gravel Eaters) monsters due to a difference in height. This isn't due to my accuracy, and I'm sure I click on them right. The height difference can be as little as a millimeter, and I cannot hit them anymore.

So this is sort of a double bug report.
I hope this gets fixed, but please do try to respond,

Yocairo

Edit: Some more info: it also just happened with the Deep Dweller in Fetid Pools, which isn't a rare monster but it's a unique monster.
The monsters also respawn in front of me, instantly after dying.

Edit 2: NOT Fetid Pools, but FLOODED DEPTHS. Sorry

P.S. I'm a ranger.

The fetid pool has a necromancer boss, if you don't kill it, it will resurrect the mobs you just killed and rather quickly.
Focus on the boss and nuke it down OR the easy option is to get hold of detonate dead and use it just after killing a monster.

As for the height issue you seem to be having, it's not a problem for myself...you can easily stand on raised areas and fire down on monsters, though sometimes the projectiles look like they disappear there is damage done.
also depending on how you are trying to damage them, are you clicking multiple times on the target? or are you click once and hold?

the first is the worst way to damage things...as every click resets the chance to hit and rolls it again meaning you could end up with well under what your accuracy rating would indicate.

the second, holding down the attack will get you better results.

I edited my post, maybe too late.
It was not Fetid Pools, it was Flooded Depths I meant.
Also, the Fetid Pools Necromancer wouldn't resurrect rare and unique monsters, which is happening to me (remember, in FLOODED DEPTHS, not Fetid Pools).

Thanks
