My 'W' key

Every time I got into a new area whatever spell, skill or whatever I have assigned to my w key has been reset to nothing and instead been moved to my middle mouse button.

Whatever my middle mouse button was assigned to is now not on anything.

Game problem, my problem? Whats the deal with this? Anyone had anything like this?

I would also like to add that I did not get this straight away. Maybe when I was around level 15 or so. So still quite early in the game.
