Major performance issues

so I was playing the game at 60-85 average fps with
CPU-Rayzen 5 3600
GPU-rx480 nitro
Ram-3200 16g

and since I upgraded to rx 6600 xt Gpu
my fps is dropping all the way to 4-5 fps in very normal mapping content, I was wondering if anyone encountered this problem, and if yes is there anything I can do to fix
keep in mind I have tried all the General Troubleshooting advice, I even reinstalled the game
I also used DDU to reinstall all my drivers

while the rx6600xt is an upgade to the rx480, it's not really a graphics card for gaming, sorry :-S

did your upgrade also include a bigger monitor?

nope it's the exact same setup just with different graphics card

what doesn't make much sense that the game was woking with very good fps but i had a problem with the league mechanic (was crashing whenever i click on the crucible on maps)
so i fixed the game files and then my performance dropped like hell

maybe poe regognised your better setup on the poe start and increased some of the graphics options?

I did fix all the graphics,but it's no way near my old graphics card even which is very sad and it doesn't make any sense sadly the game is so unplayable right now

If it's dropping as low as 4-5fps then the GPU has a thermal problem (but most likely a boost that's maintaining a frame rate and ignoring a thermal breakpoint.

You need to check that it's not going over 85 degrees C.
