Account Locked

Hi,

Could I please get a follow up regarding my support ticket. I have not received an update for 27 hours. My other account has been locked since then and been trying to unlock it. Sent all the verification questions they have asked. I can send the email privately to a support moderator on here once you guys give me the go.

Not sure if it got buried in your emails or under investigation. Maybe an update would be nice :)
