(PS5) - No Stone Unturned Trophy bugged - Crucible League

I discovered all environmental lore as one character in current league but trophy does not pop up. I have searched every lore in acts including library and vaal areas, no luck. Do I need to look for lore in endgame including crucible forge?
I also used /recheck_achievements but nothing happens. I also followed the guide (https://pathofexile.fandom.com/wiki/No_Stone_Unturned) and watch the video guide on youtube (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xp44duyxHHA). Still no luck. Please advise. Also, i am not sure about console or PC after 3.0 patch

And I marked all completed. Do I need to let it scroll all way down or whenever I interact with it and mark it done? I will try it again and see if that works. | |

Turns out I did missed few lore although I can't tell which lore was missed. But finally got it out of way!
