Smugglers caches empty on fortune favors the brave

I have the block added, but when they show up through fortune favors the brave they are empty and respecting the block node. Please fix this. It steals chaos

Not a bug, works as intended - "Rogue's Markers, Contracts and Blueprints cannot be found in Your Maps"

For what its worth smugglers caches are free money for absolutely no effort beyond two clicks or so. Not something I would use an atlas passive to block.

If this is working as intended then it needs to be removed as an option on fortune favors the brave, or the blocker ISNT working as intended.

Not sure how else to say it. If it shows up, the blocker hasn't worked. But then they drop no items, so it only half works. So, if fortune favors the brave ignores nodes, it needs to ignore the entire node, not just half or its a legitimate waste of chaos.
