Horrible Game Grind . 10Hours wasted just trying to get BASE

I am trying to get Boom Mace i done over 10 ilv 68 labotory and prohibited library and not a single Boom Mace appear for str stacking static strike .

Boom Mace is drop level 70 so you are much better off farming 70. And why did it take you 10 hours to run 10 of those?

Are you doing blueprints that are specifically ilvl 68? Is there a reason to avoid running higher level areas?
I don't run enough heist to speak with authority, but I thought the item levels of rewards at the end of blueprints could range from +0 to +2 compared to area level. The Boom Mace seems to have a drop level of 70. | |

There are 34 results for it in sanctum trade league so it might be a rare drop.
