Quick help for a returning player?

Hi,
I haven't played in a few years and am thinking about picking up the game again, but it's hard to say the least.

I wonder if anyone could quickly check on my character ErikHunt (Cyclone Barbarian) (I guess you can see the items in my profile?) and just let me know if that would still be useable, or if everything changed so much that it's trash now?

Before I had an ES character that was detroyed by a patch, that's why I was wondering if the same happed now.. Any of the gear that is still considered 'good' or 'very good'?

Your gear looks fine and the weapon is much better than gear that can be had more recently. The meta isn't stacking HP as much as stacking armour though (so Kaom's Heart isn't really best).

You should also anoint your amulet with a notable. If you do blights, anoints your rings too. You will need oils (from blights) to do that.

Catalysts (from metamorphs) will allow you to improve specific mods on jewelry through quality.
