Patch On 2/1/2023 - Tujen Almost Non-Existent

ok , the last 6 expeditions ive ran have been rog. i don't think that's rng. ever since yesterdays patch it's been waaaaaay less tujen, might not be the patch might be backend i dunno. but something changed and it wasn't my farm strat

Also just to make sure I covered this I also have a completely maxed out Atlas for expedition and Tujen and nobody else is being targeted
