Why is Doryani's machinarium worth this price

Hi, I have dropped a Doryani's machinarium's map an seen its price is in the order of 3 div for sale. However when I look at the prices of the potential drops it looks to me that they don't have that value (boots are priced less whatever their characteristics if I am not mistaken when searching their various combinations).

Could somebody explain the value of this map? I am wondering if I should sell or run it for a potential good drop.
