I also had the same problem today Aug 5 -2022 , with the reason of being banned"Breaching tems of use" . I want and need help on this matter.

I also just got banned and I don't know why I got banned, so I need a clear explanation from support

You won't get one. All you will ever get is :"You breached such and such of the TOS", period. If you are banned, regular support can not/will not help you, as they do not have any information. Once you are banned, it's handled via the accounts investigation team and the only way to "contact" that department, is via the appeal ban button.
The ONLY thing you can do is to appeal the ban via the appeal ban function/button on your account when you login. It's your one and only shot at it, so make sure to include everything you want them to consider. after taking a week off and coming back, my game account was banned for "Breaching terms of use".Tell me what exactly did i violate that led to this ban.

We speak up here not only to the game's staff or Aragorn14 personally, but to let other players know about this issue. everyone can have this problem, and sometimes people just get a blank gmail reply like a machine.

As mentioned, we aren't able to assist with account-related issues over the forums. If your account has been banned, you can view the ban reason by logging into the banned account here on the website and going to your profile page. The ban reason will show on the right side of the page and that is where you'll find the option to appeal your ban. You'll need to submit your appeal via this method on the website so that the accounts investigation team can review your case. They will respond to you with more information once they review your appeal via your Messages inbox found at the top left of the page while you are logged in on the account. | |
