Life Recovery and Warcry Notable

Currently the Warcry Notable "Recover 15% of Life when you use a Warcry" does not work with Life Recovery modifiers (e.g Watcher Eye Vitality with Life Recovery). Tested both with and without said modifiers and can confirm that life recovered is the same in both instances which should not be the case.

The Watcher's Eye Vitality mod is Life Recovery Rate, not Life Recovery. Life Recovery Rate refers to recovery over time, and does not affect immediate recovery.
